Company obligations
Our priority is the safety and integrity of personal data of our current and future Clients and website visitors. We consider it our duty to provide safety and confidentiality of all personal data we receive from our Clients. Privacy Policy (hereafter – Policy) explains how we collect, use and protect personal data of our Clients. Current Policy does not require any additional information besides what was already provided for the registration with our service.

To create PAMM and investment accounts we need to receive the Client’s personal data which will be used to open accounts with brokers.

2. Open accounts with brokers;

4. Offer other services related to your participation in the project;
5. Keep the correct database of your accounts;

The Company guarantees to honor this Policy by Authorized parties and taking measures to protect confidential data of the Company clients by Authorized parties. The Company has the right to share the confidential information about the Client’s personal data with non-authorized parties only in case of receiving an official request from administrative or judicial authorities.

By registering with this project, according to this Policy, you consent to the use of your personal data, as well as to its processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of any information relating directly or indirectly to you and your actions within the project.
